Detectives have revealed the identity of a man found dead in mysterious circumstances at the Dorchester Hotel earlier this month.
He has been named as Kuwaiti national Sultan Aldabbous, 38.
Police say his body was discovered in an "unresponsive state" at the five-star Mayfair hotel at 5.30pm on May 1.
Ambulance crews were called but Mr Aldabbous was declared dead at the scene.
A post-mortem examination held two days later (May 3) at Westminster Mortuary was inconclusive. The coroner has requested further toxicology tests and officers await the outcome of these.
Police are investigating and treating the death as unexplained.
Two men, aged 31 and 50, who both knew Mr Aldabbous, were arrested on suspicion of murder. They have been bailed, pending further inquiries, to a date in June.
