A man who died after being stabbed in Kingsbury has been named by police as John Martin.
Emergency services were called to Doreen Avenue at 2.51am on Sunday (August 7) and found the 41-year-old victim with stab wounds.
He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly afterwards.
Officers have now identified the victim as John Martin, who lived in Kingsbury but was originally from Ireland.
Police charged a man named Darryn Madigan, 38, of Doreen Avenue with murder on Monday (August 8) and he will appear at the Old Bailey on Wednesday (August 10).
His death followed a series of fatal stabbings in west London.
On July 30 a man named by police as Sukhjinder Singh was stabbed to death in Spikes Bridge Road and died in hospital the following day.
