Police in Hounslow have launched a missing person appeal following the disappearance of a woman in her 40s.
Officers took to Twitter urging the public to assist with their investigation.
It has been reported 45-year-old Jiao Yu has gone missing from the Heston area.
@MPSHounslow tweeted on Tuesday (August 1): "Jiao YU age 45yrs missing from Heston area, can you please assist us to find Jiao, please call 101 and quote ref 17MIS032801. Thank you."
Police are asking anyone who knows of Jiao's whereabouts or has any information that could assist in finding her to get in touch.

Hounslow police are also appealing for help to find missing teen Louis McIndoe from Chiswick.
