Police are appealing for information and witnesses following a road traffic collision on Waterloo Bridge on the evening of Wednesday, March 15.

Officers were called to the scene on the southbound side of the bridge at 10.16pm, following reports of a road traffic collision.

Upon arriving, officers found a man and a woman in their 60s who had sustained injuries following a collision with a motorcyclist.

The woman was taken to a central London hospital by London Ambulance Service with serious leg injuries, along with the man who has minor injuries.

The driver of the motorcycle stopped at the scene and is assisting police with their enquiries.

No arrests have been made and enquiries into the circumstances of the collision are underway.
