Police are searching for an extremely vulnerable missing woman from the Fulham area.

Rahmeth Khan is 68 and has advanced dementia.

Police from Hammersmith and Fulham have described her as “high-risk”, and ask anyone that sees her to call the emergency 999 number.

A tweet was posted by the borough police in the early hours of Wednesday (August 23) morning.

It is not known for how long Ms Khan has been missing, or where in the Fulham area she lives.

Police say anyone that knows of her whereabouts should call 999 and quote the reference CAD 8321/21AUG.
