Judith Talbot-Weiss is missing from the Hammersmith and Fulham area

Police are appealing for help to find an elderly woman missing from the Hammersmith and Fulham area.

Judith Talbot-Weiss, 86, was last seen on Stanwick Road, Hammersmith at 1.20pm on Thursday (September 8). She was walking towards North End Road, Fulham.

Mrs Talbot-Weiss is described as white, approximately 5ft 2ins tall, of medium build, with thick grey hair in a bob.

She was wearing a green khaki jacket with a fur lined hood, a blue and white horizontal striped T-shirt, a red and white floral skirt and blue slippers.

Officers are concerned for her safety and well-being as Mrs Talbot-Weiss has dementia and may appear confused to anyone she meets. Her speech may also be mumbled.

Anyone who has seen her is asked to call officers via 101.
