Amandeep Sandhu, of Townsend Road, was charged on Sunday (August 7) with the murder of the 33-year-old.
The 29-year-old will appear in custody at Hendon Magistrates Court on Monday (August 8).
Police found the victim, also known as Gurinder Singh, with stab wounds in Spikes Bridge Road on Saturday (July 30) before he died in hospital the following day.
A post-mortem examination held at Uxbridge Mortuary on 1 August gave the cause of death as multiple stab wounds.

Four other men, aged 24, 28, 29 and 36 respectively, have been arrested in connection with the murder and have been bailed to return to dates in mid to late September, pending further enquiries.
Singh's death was one of a series of fatal stabbings on west London's streets last week.
