Hundreds of office workers from the complex on Chiswick High Road joined in the lunchtime boost, ahead of the official opening Rio Olympics 2016 ceremony on Friday (August 5).
Dozens of other field, track and water events as well as traditional sports day races such as the three-legged and egg and spoon race.
