Green Dragon Primary School was rated 'Good' overall by inspectors in the latest report, which was published on Monday (February 22).
Inspectors rated the school 'outstanding' for leadership and management, and 'good' in all other categories following their latest visit in January this year.
"The headteacher and deputy headteachers are sharply focused on improving the school," the report stated.
"They have an excellent understanding of how well the school is doing, and of what needs to be done for it to become outstanding.
"Leaders are uncompromising in their expectations for a highly successful school and consequently all aspects of the school's work have improved rapidly since the previous inspection."
Inspectors praised staff not just for fostering pupils' academic progress but also their 'spiritual, moral, social and cultural' development.
Headteacher Ben Foley said: "The substantial improvements in all areas of school over the last two years (especially in the quality of teaching and learning and in leadership and management) are a testament to the passion for learning, unwavering dedication and consistent hard work of all children, parents, staff and governors.
"Our school has exceedingly high standards and expectations of all children and staff, where we continuously strive to provide the best possible educational experiences for all. The children are at the heart of our school and make Green Dragon such a special, exciting place for us all to learn."
To make the next leap to 'outstanding' - the highest of the four grades available - they said the school must improve writing activities for younger children and provide more challenging work for the most gifted youngsters.
Green Dragon Primary School has just over 480 pupils, a larger than average proportion of whom speak English as an additional language and come from poorer backgrounds.
Ruth Cadbury, MP for Brentford & Isleworth, said: "The recent Ofsted report for Green Dragon Primary is great. With an improved rating of good, not only does it reflect the hard work and dedication of the staff and teachers in the school but also recognises the improving attainment levels of the pupils who are thriving in their supportive school environment.
"Green Dragon Primary School is going from strength to strength and all involved should be proud of the school's progress."
