There have been no arrests made three days after an alleged masked attacker stabbed a 14-year-old boy near a McDonald's in Ealing on Halloween , police say.
Metropolitan Police officers were called to the fast food restaurant in The Broadway at around 9.30pm on Monday (October 31) to reports of a stabbing.
Two boys were found injured at the scene, including the teen who had suffered stab wounds and was taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Attack described as wearing an oxygen mask
A 16-year-old also suffered a minor cut to the head but was not taken to hospital.
The attacker was described by witnesses as a “hooded male, possibly white, wearing an oxygen mask or breathing apparatus and green washing up gloves, between 18 and 20-years old”, according to freelance journalist Rory Thomas.
Witnesses also alleged he made “sexually inappropriate comments”, but it is unclear who these comments were aimed at.
Teen reported to be stabbed in the head
The teen was reportedly stabbed in the head and back, although this remains unconfirmed, and he suffered significant loss of blood.
Following the incident, a spokesman for McDonald's said: “This incident did not take place inside our restaurant.
"The pictures show the victim being treated in our store and we are relieved to hear that his injuries are not life threatening.
"We are supporting the police fully in its subsequent investigation, including the provision of our CCTV.”
A spokesman for the Met Police confirmed on Thursday afternoon (November 3) that no arrests had been made in relation to the incident.
