A Marks & Spencer Foodhall will open in Queen’s Park next month.
The new 3,000 sq ft store will provide local shoppers with more than 3,000 food and drink products including seasonal fresh produce and barbecue favourites.
Customers can also look forward to an in-store bakery, which will offer a range of speciality breads, pastries and cakes, freshly baked each day.
It will have 40 members of staff, with 18 new positions going to members of the community , and the rest being filled with current M&S staff being transferred in
The store will be run by manager David Broome. He said: “We are delighted to be opening a Foodhall in Queen’s Park and I am looking forward to welcoming local customers to see all we have to offer.”
It opens in Queen's Park Place on June 8 at 10am.
