Featherstone Primary and Nursery School in Southall retained its "good" with a glowing report following an inspection in June this year.
The school, located on Western Road, Southall, was previously judged in October 2012.
The report praised new headteacher Des Lee's "relentless" approach in teaching, learning and assessment in driving the "transformation" of the school since taking over in September 2015.
Inspectors stated in the report Mr Lee had "identified quickly the key areas for improvement and acted decisively and effectively to address them".
They commended the leadership which has resulted in "the school to be good and improving".
Meanwhile the Ofsted online survey, Parent View, revealed overwhelming support of the school's leadership, and further to that parents would recommend the school.
The system in place to track pupil's progress was praised as well as ensuring disadvantaged pupils "needs are met and they achieve well", while ensuring "all pupils have equality of opportunity".
Pupils' were commended for being well-behaved with "strong attitudes to learning" and "keen to share their achievements".
Disadvantaged pupils and those with special educational needs and/or disabilities "receive effective support so that they make good progress".
Furthermore staff were described as "very committed" and "highly supportive of the school's leadership".
