A woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man’s body was discovered at a residential address in Westminster.

Police say the deceased was in his 30s and was pronounced dead by paramedics , at the property in Harrow Road, on Sunday (November 15) evening.

They were called at 6.30pm by the ambulance and found the man in an unresponsive state. He died at the scene.

A 24-year-old woman was arrested at the address on suspicion of murder and is currently in custody at a central London police station.

Officers believe they know the identity of the dead man but are awaiting formal identification. Next of kin have been informed.

A post-mortem examination has been scheduled at Westminster Mortuary for Tuesday (November 17).
