He made a name for himself by donning the brightest lycra and getting people off the sofas, and now Mr Motivator is doing his bit for charity.
The 90s TV figure made an appearance at Harrow Leisure Centre on Monday (September 19) and hosted a charity group exercise evening to raise money for their sponsored charities.
The Jamaican instructor who found fame on GMTV was greeted with a fantastic turnout of over 90 people, with many getting into the swing of things with their own 90s inspired workout gear.
The centre, run by Everyone Active in partnership with Harrow Council, raised £500 for charities including the Anthony Nolan Trust after a series of challenging circuit workouts.
"We are delighted that our group exercise evening proved so popular, and we managed to raise such a great amount for charity," said Iain Milton, Everyone Active General Manager.
"Everyone Active are always looking for new ways to get the local community involved in physical activity, and we were thrilled to combine a fun night of exercise with a fantastic fundraising achievement."
This isn't the first time the energetic figure has helped for a worthy cause, after he joined Farnham schoolboys to raise awareness for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy .
