A missing man suffering from "serious medical conditions" was last reported to be in the Hammersmith area.

Officers in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of Joseph Mottershead.

Police launched an appeal to find the 43-year-old, who was last seen on Tuesday (October 10).

He is described as a white male, 6ft tall, with short blonde hair and blue eyes.

Joseph is believed to frequent the Fulham area, particularly North End Road, as well as further afield in Camden and the north London area.

Police say he suffers from a range of serious medical conditions and seek the public's help in finding him.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call police on 101 or the Missing People line on 116000.
