CCTV footage has emerged of two men dumping mattresses on a residential road in Hounslow.

The men unloaded the mattresses from a people carrier at 10.49pm on Thursday (July 27) in Avondale Gardens in Hounslow.

After dumping the waste on the pavement, the pair leave the area, which has become a fly-tipping hotspot.

The footage was issued by Churchill Gardens estate management.

Avonfield Gardens, along with Wellington Avenue, Victoria Avenue and Wellington Road South, have all become regular spots for fly-tipping, a Churchill Gardens estate spokesperson said.

The people carrier pulled up to the quiet spot on the residential road, loaded with old mattresses

"The area has been blighted by fly-tipping and Hounslow has a terrible reputation for it," they added.

The mattresses were dumped near Hounslow Central Mosque, near Hounslow Heath.

The spokesperson encouraged anyone who recognises the people in this video or has information about the fly-tipping to contact Hounslow Highways or get in touch with the police.
