Homicide detectives are investigating the deaths of of two people following the discovery of their bodies in North Kensington .

The dead man and woman were discovered by police in Freston Road on Friday (November 20) night.

They found the body of a woman, thought to be in her late 40s inside the address, and the man, believed to be in his mid 50s, outside the address. They suspect he had fallen to his death.

The Met says officers were called to the scene at 9.45pm following concerns for the welfare of a resident. They forced entry into the house before making the grim discovery.

Formal identification has yet to take place but next of kin have been informed. A post mortem is scheduled to take place to (Monday November 23).

Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command are looking into the circumstances of both deaths, but are not seeking anyone else in connection with their investigation.
