Southall stabbing: Man stabbed and suffers 'six-inch slash' across chest after altercation with two men in Southall Park

A man was stabbed with a six-inch weapon in Southall on Sunday (June 4).

Metropolitan police said it was called to a park, named by local officers as Southall Park next to Uxbridge Road, at 11.50am to reports a man had been stabbed.

Officers arrived and discovered a man who had received a "superficial slash wound" to his chest, following an altercation with two other men.

Acton Central Police said the victim received a "six-inch slash" across his chest.

The victim was assessed by London Ambulance Service (LAS) and did not require hospitalisation.

Police searched the area and the other two men were not identified.

Officers confirmed there have been no arrests so far.
