A search is under way to find a man with serious health issues last seen outside Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.

Hammersmith and Fulham police is urgently appealing for information on the whereabouts of missing person Simon Wright who still had his cannula attached when he left the grounds.

The 41-year-old from Fulham who requires medication and attention has not been seen since Sunday (July 30) 10pm, the Metropolitan Police said.

He is described as a white male, 5ft 8ins tall, of slim build and with shoulder length brown hair which is normally tied back.

Mr Wright was last seen wearing a green camouflage jacket and black tracksuit bottoms.

Police are appealing for anyone who has information on his location.

However officers advise members of the public not to approach him.

Anyone who sees Mr Wright should call police on 101 or Missing People on 116000 or tweet police via @METCC.
