A man was taken to hospital following a hit and run crash outside Hounslow bus garage on Thursday (April 9) evening.
Police were called to London Road, at the junction with Kingsley Road, shortly before 5pm to reports of a collision between two male pedestrians and a green Ford Mondeo.
A police spokesman said one man was taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service (LAS) with injuries which were not thought to be life-threatening. He said the other man sustained minor injuries.
The spokesman added that the Ford Mondeo failed to stop at the scene and police were trying to trace the vehicle and identify its two occupants.
Drivers were yesterday advised to avoid the busy junction as road closures were put in place.
Hounslow CID is investigating the collision and anyone with information is asked to call police on the non-emergency police number 101.
