Abdul Bah, 31, of Hercies Road, Hillingdon, appeared in custody at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on Monday, July 28.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Isleworth Crown Court on Wednesday, August 13.
Officers were called at around 1.35am on Friday, July 25 to reports of a woman in distress in Brampton Road, Hillingdon.
The woman, in her 30s, told officers she had been walking in nearby Charnwood Road, which connects with Long Lane, at around 1am when she was attacked.
