A new live music initiative is set to become a regular feature the last Saturday of each month in Ealing.

Ealing Eclectic will offer emerging local artists and established veterans the chance to perform in the rock and blues event at The Drapers Arms.

It is hoped the Ealing Eclectic will continue the town’s proud heritage in rock music, with the Rolling Stones believed to have formed in The Ealing Club.

Alistair Young, director of the Ealing Club Community Interest Company, said: “Ealing Eclectic is a great reminder for live music fans from across London to look back towards the west side of town.

“These evenings will offer top class music in a location surrounded with plenty of lively restaurants and cafes”

The initiative is funded by the Arts Council of England and promoted by the Ealing Club Community Interest Company.

Ealing Eclectic will ‘warm-up’ on the September 26 at The Drapers Arms at 7pm.
