The celebrity line-up for The Jump 2017 will see Kilburn's Bradley Wiggins swapping his bikes for skis.
The Channel 4 program has selected a new set of stars, including Made in Chelsea's Spencer Matthews , to take part in the reality sporting show.
Since 2014, the show has had celebrities competing in dangerous winter sports - including skeletons, bobsleighs and giant slaloms.
Sir Bradley, who in 2012 became the first Briton to win the Tour de France, said his passion for skiing played a part in his participation.
He said: "It was that and the other committed names this year that made me want to sign up.
"Major retiring Olympians such as sir Steve Redgrave have also trod this path.
"I see this as a sporting challenge and want to go out there and win it.
"Just don't call me a celebrity."
Spencer Matthews, 27, Made in Chelsea star and foreign exchange broker, will also take to the slopes.
The star will have a chance to redeem his reputation after failing to enter the I'm a Celebrity jungle in 2015 and confessing he took steroid-like drugs.
Other famous faces risking their limbs include footballer Robbie Fowler, TOWIE star Lydia Bright, Olympic gymnast Louis Smith and model Vogue Williams.
The all-star line up is taking part despite concerns about the safety of the show in previous years.
A number of contestants left due to injuries last year, including Olympians Rebecca Adlington and Beth Tweddle and actress Tina Hobley.
Channel 4 have not yet revealed the starting date for the show but the lineup has been confirmed.
