Singers, dancers and musicians performed to a sell-out audience at the Paul Robeson Theatre in Hounslow.

The show celebrated the fifth anniversary of Hounslow Has Talent , bringing together the best performers from the previous four years.

The special event was described as "amazing and vibrant" by compere and co-organiser Ray Coleman, club secretary at Feltham Bees Disabled Sports Club.

There were 10 acts who took to the stage including the O’Connor Irish Dancers, Bhangra Punjabian Da and winners from the first ever show duo Frequency and Neptune.

Other performances came from thriving solo dancers Jessica Andrews and Vilma Missi; and lively group dancers Atmosphere from Alluminae Dance Company, Highfields Young Performers and Our Barn.

But it was solo singers Megan Price and Brentford teacher Alicia Wilkins who brought the house down with their covers of Adele and Duffy.

And the biggest cheer of the night was undoubtedly reserved for 80-year-old Brian Boot whose rendition of ‘Unchained Melody’ received a standing ovation.

The show annually raises money for the Mayor's two charities and this year £1,500 rasied will be split between Alzheimers’ Society and Hounslow Association for the Blind.

Hounslow Has Talent - Best of Show was sponsored by Hardings Print Solutions, hostedby Hounslow Arts Centre and organised by Feltham Arts Association.

The show will return once again next year as the search to find the biggest, most talented performers in the borough goes on.
