It is a double whammy for residents as two car parks will be closed as Hounslow paves the way for a new housing development.
Work will begin on the Hounslow High Street Quarter made up of 527 homes, a mutliscreen cinema, shops and restaurants in the town centre next month.
As a result two car parks, Alexandra Road and Holloway Street will be permanently closed from Sunday October 1 to accommodate the new building.

Hounslow Council is warning drivers who keep their vehicles parked in these car parks after this date will be given a penalty charge notice (PCN).
Hounslow Council has assured people living in the borough it will keep disruptions to a minimum.
Parking elsewhere in and around the town centre will remain as normal.
Councillor Amrit Mann, deputy leader of Hounslow Council, said: “The regeneration in our borough is continuing to gather pace and we are all excited at the new developments.
“These are part of our commitments we have made to build and provide more good quality homes, including affordable homes and support economic growth and improve our town centres.
“We will also ensure there is the minimum disruption and residents can continue to use and park at our town centres as normal.”
The housing scheme is being delivered by Barratt Homes and will see almost half (41%) of the flats provide more affordable housing in the borough, as promised by the local authority.
Parking will be back on the site once the development opens its doors in 2020.
