Bands raised the roof at a charity gig to help ensure homeless people in Hounslow have a roof over their heads this winter.
Five bands performed at the concert, which raised £918 for The Shelter Project Hounslow (TSPH), a charity providing refuge for homeless people across the borough each winter.
The gig featured entirely original songs and was the brainchild of local musicians Edwin Addis and Julian Joyce, who both performed on the night.
Mr Joyce said: "Ed and I wanted to push the fact that our local musicians are writing great original songs.
"I think the audience appreciated the range of talent on the night and our feedback so far has been amazing!"
He added that he was thinking of making it an annual event.
Jennifer Corbin, chairman of TSPH, said: "We are very grateful - the money will help fund our night shelters across Hounslow this year plus the staff who work to house our guests permanently."
Sponsors included Hounslow Council , which donated £500 from its community grants fund; Catalyst Residents Federation; and Brentford-based Quilliams Property Services. The event was also supported by Radio Jackie.
