A collision involving a pedestrian and a car in Hounslow has led to the closure of Lampton Road.

Emergency services are at the scene of the collision Road near Hounslow Civic Centre on Wednesday September 27.

The road is blocked in both directions between A4 Great West Road and Alexandra Road.

Accident cleared

A male pedestrian was injured and rushed to hospital after being hit by a car in Lampton Road.

The road was closed for several hours while emergency services attended the incident.

Ambulance statement - Man taken to hospital as priority

A London Ambulance Service spokesman said:

We were called today at 11.20am to Lampton Road, Hounslow to reports of a road traffic collision.


We sent an ambulance crew and a single responder in a car to the scene.


We treated a man for a head injury at the scene and took him to hospital as a priority.”
