Police have found an extremely vulnerable woman missing from Fulham .
Officers from Hammersmith and Fulham had appealed for information on the whereabouts of Rameth Khan, a 68-year-old woman , in the early hours of Wednesday (August 23).
She has advanced dementia and her disappearance was described as "high-risk" by officers, who urged members of the public to dial the emergency 999 number if they had information.
But later that same day officers posted again to say she had been found.
