Always cheerful even in a crisis is the man from Hounslow.

He brings 15 years of experience to the job and in this final episode you can see him in action as he deals with passengers after a flight to New York is cancelled.

He says it's all about "thinking on your feet" as he does everything he can to immediately rebook 40 people onto another flight.

Mr Nasser said: “As a PEM for the biggest and busiest airport in the UK you need to think on your feet, quickly and calmly.

"Understandably, passengers can become upset with flight cancellations and missed connections, but it’s our mission to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved in the face of that.

"PEMs are there to help from the first to the last departure and arrival at the hub.

"Fortunately, we have a fantastic team who love a challenge...filming for the series was a great experience and I hope the community will enjoy seeing a local face on screen.”

In his spare time he loves to travel and is a big fan of jetting off to Dubai.

Mr Hartley started working at Heathrow Airport as a warehouseman loader-driver for British Caledonian in 1975.

"Outside of work I enjoy being a Chelsea season ticket holder and having a roll at Teddington Bowls Club.”
