A man is in a life-threatening condition following a shooting in Hayes in the early hours of Thursday morning (December 21).
Police were called to Hobart Lane at just before 0.40am to a report of a man injured after a shooting at an address.
Armed officers attended along with London Ambulance Service and found a man, believed to be in his 20s, with a gunshot wound.
He was treated at the scene and taken to a central London hospital where his condition is described by police as life-threatening.
A second man, who sustained a leg injury at the address, was also taken to hospital.
His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
According to police, no arrests have been made and enquiries into the incident continue.
