Police continue to investigate an incident in Hayes on Monday afternoon, (June 12) which resulted in a teenager being taken to hospital with a stab injury.

Officers and London Ambulance Service were called to the scene in Addison Way at around 3.20pm to reports of a male stabbed.

The 19-year-old victim was taken to a central London hospital for treatment after being found with a stab injury to the leg.

According to the Metropolitan Police, his condition is "not life-threatening".

A corden was reportedly in place, in Coldharbour Lane, opposite Lombardy retail park, according to passers-by.

There have been no arrests so far, and officers from Hillingdon Police continue to investigate the incident.
