The Parkway A312 in Hayes has been closed since 3.50pm on Friday (December 8) after a collision.

getwestlondon understands a fluid has leaked on to the road near the Ossie Garvin roundabout and the road is shut while the scene is cleared.

Road reopened

The A312 in Hayes has been reopened but the slip road is still blocked by a vehicle involved in the collision.

Traffic is still very slow in the area but it appears the liquid has been cleared.

When will the road clear?

The spokesman said officers were awaiting a clean-up team and that once the road is clear of liquid, the road will reopen.

"Damage only"

A Met Police spokesman told getwestlondon that there were no reported injuries in the collision, which was deemed “damage only”.

However, a liquid has leaked on to the road and forced the closure of the A312 Southbound carriageway.

As Friday’s rush hour is set to reach it’s peak, the queues are reaching as far back as the White Hart Roundabout.

At around 3.50pm on Friday (December 8) there was a collision on the A312, The Parkway in Hayes near the Ossie Garvin Roundabout.

The roundabout has been closed after a liquid leaked on to the road.

The A312 Southbound is closed between the Ossie Garvin Roundabout at Uxbridge Road and the Bulls Bridge Roundabout for A437, Hayes Road.
