One man is fighting for his life and another is in a serious condition following stabbings in Harrow in the early hours of Sunday (July 9) morning .

A total of four men were stabbed in Station Road, outside Harrow on the Hill Tube station following reports of a large fight.

Police were called to the scene by London Ambulance Service shortly before 3.45am, with the injured men taken to hospitals in north London.

Scotland Yard said a 23-year-old man is in a critical condition, while a 19-year-old is in a serious but stable condition.

The two others, aged 20 and 21, have been discharged from hospital.

Detectives from Harrow CID are investigating, with enquiries taking place to establish the full circumstances of the incident.

There have been no arrests at this early stage.

The stabbing comes one week after a man in his late teens was stabbed several times near Harrow Town Centre (see video below) on July 2.

Police later said they did not believe his injuries to be life threatening.
