Roads have re-opened and an investigation has been launched following a crash that injured five people in Harlington .

The High Street was closed for around 10 hours on Thursday (March 2) , after a single-decker route H98 bus and two cars were in collision.

The road was closed just after 1pm and and re-opened late last night after 11pm.

A full investigation has been launched according to Transport for London.

Tony Akers, TfL’s Head of Bus Operations, said: "Our thoughts are with those who sustained injuries in the incident.

"A full investigation is underway.”

Emergency services including the Metropolitan Police, London Ambulance Service and the London Fire Brigade attended the crash site.

Police said five people were injured but their injuries were not believed to be "life-changing or life-threatening."
