A minute's silence was observed at 11am on Monday (June 19) for the victims of the fatal Grenfell Tower fire.
Members of the emergency services gathered in the shadows of the now burned out tower, bowing their heads as they observed a silence for those who lost their lives.
Metropolitan Police has now confirmed 79 people have died or are missing presumed dead after the fire ripped through Grenfell Tower on Wednesday (June 14).
Alongside the emergency services, members of the public gathered in front of the many flowers laid in tribute at Notting Hill Methodist Church.

Many people still remain unaccounted for after a fire ripped through the 24-storey tower block on Wednesday, with over 200 firefighters tackling the blaze at its height.
The Metropolitan Police encourage anyone who has concerns about someone they know may have been living, visiting, or staying in Grenfell Tower, who has not yet contacted police, to do so on their Casualty Bureau on 0800 0961 233.
