A "dearly loved" 63-year-old man has become the 56th person to be confirmed dead following the fatal Grenfell Tower blaze.

Raymond Bernard was formally identified in agreement with the Coroner, Dr Fiona Wilcox, on Tuesday (September 5).

In a touching tribute to their relative, the family of Mr Bernard said: "Gone but not forgotten.

"You are so dearly loved by us all and will sadly be missed by many."

They added: "May you rest in eternal peace, with love always."

To date, 56 people have been formally identified following the horrific fire, 28 of whom remain anonymous at the request of their families.

The families of all 56 victims have been informed and are being supported by specially trained family liaison officers.

On top of those victims, baby Logan Gomes, who was stillborn on June 14, has been recorded by police as a victim of the fire.
