A man has died following a fatal collision in Greenford .
The Metropolitan Police is appealing for witnesses following the incident which happened in Greenford Avenue at the junction of Bennetts Road.
Officers said the man is believed to be in his 30s.
Officers and the London Ambulance Service attended the scene at 12.40am on Tuesday July 25, to reports of a pedestrian injured following a collision with a lorry.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The force said efforts to trace and inform the man's next of kin are ongoing.
The driver of the lorry stopped at the scene and is assisting police.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to contact the Serious Collision Investigation unit based at Alperton Traffic Garage on 0208 991 9555.
