Around 50 firefighters are tacking a huge fire at a building under refurbishment in Great Portland Street.
London Fire Brigade was called at around 1pm to the fire, near Oxford Street, sending 10 engines.
Images show large flames and thick smoke coming from the building, which is wrapped in scaffolding.

Road closures are still in place
Road closures are still in place near Great Portland Street. The fire however is under control.
"No injuries"
London Fire Brigade report there are no injuries from the fire. The blaze is also under control.

LFB Borough commander for Camden Simon Tuhill tweeted that the fire is under control

Paul Thompson took these pictures at the scene where there is now a 25 meter exclusion zone in place as a precaution.
This is due to gas cylinders being involved in the fire. The building is currently undergoing refurbishment.
