A total of five candidates are hoping they have done enough to win over the people of Brent Central on June 8.

In 2015 Labour's Dawn Butler was elected as the constituency's MP with 29,216 votes, topping the Conservative candidate, Alan Mendoza, who only got 9,567.

This year, candidates for the Liberal Democrats, Green Party and UKIP will also fight for the seat against incumbent Ms Butler and a new Conservative hopeful.

The candidates are:

  • Rahoul Bhansali (Conservative)
  • Dawn Butler (Labour)
  • Anton Georgiou (Liberal Democrat)
  • Shaka Lish (Green Party)
  • Janice North (UK Independence Party)
