Fighting for a "stronger and stable" Britain will be ringing through voters ears in the run up to the election.

But according to young voters, it sounds a bit more like something they've heard in a nightclub.

Thorpe Park recently polled its guests, aged 18 to 24, to find out their thoughts on the General Election .

When the theme park asked young voters who said the statement "stronger and stable", between Kanye West and Theresa May, the majority of guests guessed it was Kanye lyrics, rather than May's plan for the country.

The lyrics are from the megastar's 2007 hit "Stronger".

The park says this shows the younger generation is lacking in knowledge when it comes to politics, so they've launched a campaign to encourage first-time voters to register.

Visitors to the park who are 18 to 24 years old can claim discounted entrance tickets for £20 if they can prove they have registered to vote .

Thorpe Park isn't the only one encouraging first-time voters to head to the polls , find out more about our MyVote campaign .
