Some of the cheapest west London properties where homes were less than £100,000 were in the borough of Hounslow.
Exclusive figures obtained by getwestlondon can reveal the cheapest street in Hounslow is Fusiliers Way, where an average property in 2016 cost a surprising £98,750.
Padbury Close in Feltham came a close second, with properties going for £110,167, a bargain for London.
It is not just Hounslow which boasts west London's cheapest hotspots, with Uxbridge coming in at third.
Verona Close saw places going for the average prices of £112,000 and Westcombe Lodge Drive properties selling at £142,333 in Hayes.
Leaside Court and and Brendon Close, both in Hillingdon borough, had average property prices at £149,890 and £160,090 respectively.
Ealing borough also had its fair share of bargain streets, with Long Drive and Ruislip Road East in Greenford coming in at eighth and ninth cheapest in west London at £150,167 and £151,667.
Country's priciest properties are a staggering £9m in west London
The prices are a startling contrast to the most pricey in west London, with Lansdowne Crescent in Kensington and Chelsea topping the most expensive list in the entire country.
Property on the beautiful Notting Hill crescent come in at an average of £9,618,250.
If that stretches your budget too much, Thurloe Square in the same borough saw houses go for £9,583,333 on average.
Westminster borough were also mentioned in the list of high-flying property streets, with properties in Princes Gate selling for £7,713,333.
