An 82-year-old woman who suffers from dementia has been reported missing after boarding a bus towards Harrow .

Jean Easy, who requires regular medication, left her home in Wealdstone at around 11.05am on Wednesday (November 1).

She was seen boarding the H9 bus towards Harrow, wearing a knee-length fawn coloured rain jacket, a white blouse as well as a jumper.

Jean has not been seen or heard from since and police are now appealing for help in finding her.

A spokesman for Metropolitan Police described her as a white female of about 5ft 6ins, with shoulder length white hair.

"Jean has dementia and requires regular medication. She may appear lost or confused," the spokesman added.

"Officers are increasingly concerned for Jean's wellbeing and would urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to call police."
