Hopefuls vying to become Ealing's Models of the Year need you to log on to Facebook this weekend to vote them!

getwestlondon's sister title The Ealing Gazette has teamed-up with PearceScott Creations photographic studio in Hanwell to find this year's most promising models and help them build a portfolio.

Entrants have been putting themselves forward for three categories: Tiny model (five to 10 years); Teen model (11 to 15 years) and Top model (16+ years). All the entrants will be uploaded to the studio's Facebook page this weekend and the public can vote by clicking on the Like next to their favourites.

On Monday morning (February 3) the five with the most Likes from each category will join five (per category) chosen by Barbara PearceScott from the studio to progress to the finals.

However there is still time for you to enter the competition before the closing date of Friday January 31. Simply call the studio on  0208 5677993 , visit www.pscphoto.co.uk . It costs £10 but you will receive a digital photo to keep, usually worth £35.

Barbara said: "This is our third year of running the competition with the Gazette and each year the quality of entrants is growing. We really enjoy seeing the excitement the competition brings to the local community. It is a great opportunity for anyone age 5 and up to get a small taste of what it takes to be a model."

To vote for your finalists - for this weekend only - go to www.facebook/PearceScottCreations

Next Friday (February 7) the 10 finalists from each category will be featured on getwestlondon and you will be able to vote for your overall winners. They get to be the faces of the PearceScott Creations photographic studio for this year and will receive complimentary model shoots and a portfolio worth £250.
