The next UK Parliamentary General Election takes place on Thursday (May 7).

If you are on the electoral register you would have received a poll card telling you where you should vote.

Polling stations will be open from 7am to 10pm on Thursday, and are usually public buildings like schools, community centres or village halls.

Remember you can still vote if you have lost or forgotten you card.

If you've misplaced your polling card and want to find your local polling station then contact your local authority by entering your postcode in the 'your local area' section on the registration website

To find which constituency you are, use our 'Find My Seat' gadget, and if you're still not sure who to vote for, why not try our 'Which party are you?' quiz.
