An elderly woman was taken to hospital after she collapsed in Hayes .

The woman fell near Paddy Power bookmakers in Uxbridge Road at around 1.10pm on Tuesday afternoon.

Metropolitan Police attended the incident and put a cordon in place while paramedics from London Ambulance Service attended to the woman.

Latest headlines

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: "The woman was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service for treatment, where she remains."
