Customers at a Chelsea restaurant can flip their own pancakes this Shrove Tursday.

Rabbit head chef Oliver Gladwin will be cooking the culinary delights on February 9 in front of diners and inviting them to have a go themselves.

The restaurant, which has also created a savoury and sweet pancake, is based in King’s Road. It attracted headlines last year when co-owner Richard Gladwin and manager Fred Samengo-Turner, were involved in a fire arms offence. They are due to be sentenced this month at Isleworth Crown Court.

The restaurant is owned by Mr Gladwin and his three brothers Oliver and Gregory, the team behind acclaimed Notting Hill restaurant The Shed.

Rabbit opened last year and boasts it’s ‘sustainable ingredients and wines from the family farm in Sussex are served in a bucolic space’.
