A second woman has fled a fire in Hammersmith and Fulham today (Tuesday).
Following a blaze in Tamworth Road, Fulham this morning , fire crews were called to another fire in Palliser Road, Barons Court, just before 3.30pm.
Part of the ground floor was badly damaged by flames, but a woman was able to leave the property before firefighters arrived.
They had the flames under control by 4.11pm.
Fire crews from Fulham, Chelsea, Kensington and North Kensington fire stations are attending the scene. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
On Saturday (July 2) a woman died after a house fire in Fulham . Firefighters were called to Wandon Road at around 6.15pm to a ground floor fire at a terraced property.
A woman was taken to hospital but died a short while later.
