A collision involving a motorbike and a car caused severe delays on the A40 eastbound in Greenford on Sunday night (June 7).
Police were called to the area at 7.41pm following reports of a collision involving a motorbike and a car.
The motorcyclist, thought to be in his late 20s, was taken to a west London hospital as a precaution, but a spokesman said his injuries were not considered to be life-threatening.
One lane of the A40, eastbound, was closed causing serious delays.
The lane was later reopened shortly after 9pm on Sunday, but locals reported a continued police presence in the area on Monday.
