Fast-food fans rejoice as restaurants have welcomed their first diners at the a huge new food court at the Treaty Centre in Hounslow.

Aptly named the Treaty Kitchen, the new space opened to shoppers on Thursday March 2 with Burger King and Chopstix.

And there is more to come, as Taco de Loco, The Real Café Company and Telepizza are expected to open later this month.

The development also brings with it a boost to the local economy, as 50 jobs have been created in the area.

The new look food court is on the first floor, overlooking the Atrium, and once fully occupied shoppers will have the choice of eight outlets in the 380-seater space.

The are was previously home to New Look women's store stood which moved to the ground floor last autumn to make way for the development.

Treaty Centre manager Janet Leatherland said: “It’s exciting to see Treaty Kitchen serving up great food and refreshments for our shoppers.

“The wide choice, high quality and great value on offer really complements the fantastic retailers we have at Treaty.

"We know our shoppers are going to love popping into Treaty Kitchen when they visit.”
