A charge against a woman arrested while trying to scale the front gates of Buckingham Palace has been dropped.
Jessica Davey, 35, was due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Monday (October 9) accused of being drunk and disorderly in connection with the incident on Saturday (October 7), Scotland Yard said.
A court official said the matter against Davey, of Ilbert Street, Queen's Park, west London, had been withdrawn.
No further explanation was given and Davey was not in court.
Officers arrested her outside the Queen's official London residence at around 5.40pm on Saturday.
